The Annenberg Project's FactCheck.org is an excellent non-partisan caller of bullshit, highly recommended.
Any other recommendation for organizations doing this sort of work, whether on a local, national or global basis?

There's sites that are nonpartisan, like smartvoter.org, which links to a bunch of government websites concerning state budgets, legislative analysts, and so on, which is helpful for figuring out propositions. I also found kpcc.org helpful for CA elections.
But if you mean, is there a website that follows up on candidate statements -- yours seems to be good.
